Leading design-change projects and capability upgrades across complex warships. Managing feasibility, impact assessment, implementation, and assurance to deliver controlled change while maintaining safety and availability. 

Integration and assurance of air and ordnance systems, including uncrewed aviation and air-weapon interfaces. Development of Ship Air Release recommendations, OME Safety Case Reports, and compliance evidence for certification by the relevant Naval Authorities. 

Advising clients through digital transformation and productivity improvement.  Structured reviews, data exploitation strategies, and governance frameworks that strengthen engineering control and decision support. 

Working with industry and academia to shape future maritime capability.   Fleetwind contributes to the definition, testing and validation of innovative systems to ensure compliance and supportability for in-service use. 

Providing bid writing support and expert 'red team' review - independently, or alongside client teams.  Providing direct support to project teams, working on and off-site as necessary.
