Fleetwind Ltd is an ISO 9001 accredited maritime systems engineering company specialising in the integration, certification, and through-life support of naval platforms and systems. We enable the seamless transition of ships and submarines from build into in-service operation, delivering, sustaining and evolving capability across the Defence Lines of Development. Our multi-disciplinary team includes Chartered and Incorporated Engineers, experienced project managers, and former Royal Navy personnel, all Security Cleared and united by a deep understanding of operational maritime engineering. Fleetwind partners with the UK MOD, Royal Navy, and Defence Primes to provide trusted, outcome-focused support across the CADMID lifecycle, helping maintain readiness, compliance, and value for money in the in-service environment.

Fleetwind offers a range of engineering, project and business management support delivered directly to our clients or through framework arrangements including MoD SDA and DE&S’ EDP, PDP, NDP, PPA PDaTS and FMSP DMS.

We can provide a range of expertise through our panel of experienced maritime engineers who are led by experts in their field including Chris Aniyi CEng FIMarEST, Andy Kellett MBE CEng MIMarEST and Andy Duthie CEng MIET MRAeS, supported by a strong team of highly respected full time and associate consultant engineers across seniorities and specialist areas.

Examples of projects we have undertaken include supporting naval certification and ship acceptance into service, preparations for the support solution of a new class of ship, technical investigations for high profile in-service failures, integration of new capabilities across DLoDs, board-level maritime strategy development, Platform Authority reorganisation, validation of equipment configuration and documentation, assurance of frontline support solutions, and coaching and mentoring of frontline engineers and desk officers ashore across the enterprise.
