Fleetwind is a maritime consultancy specialising in platform integration and the transition of ships and systems from the ‘build’ environment to the ‘in-service’ environment. We work closely with our clients to provide system engineering support, in-service support solution development (across ILS disciplines), business management advice and technical safety assurance. Our business is predominantly in the defence sector and we work directly with the Royal Navy, UK MoD and industry, across the supply chain.

Our customers all share a common expectation from us to deliver a safe, high quality, reliable, competitive and timely service that complies with all relevant requirements, legislation, and regulatory standards. 

Fleetwind offers a range of engineering, project and business management support delivered directly to our clients or through framework arrangements including MoD DE&S’ EDP, PDP and FMSP DMS.

We can provide a range of expertise through our panel of experienced maritime consultants who are led by Chris Aniyi CEng FIMarEST.

Examples of projects we have undertaken include supporting naval certification and ship acceptance into service, preparations for the support solution of a new class of ship, technical investigations for a high profile in-service failure, board-level maritime strategy development, Platform Authority reorganisation, equipment documentation, and training validation.
